Shipping And Delivery
Wilde Irish Chocolates will deliver your order as soon as possible. If, on occasion, we are out of stock of any item on your list we will contact you immediately to offer a substitution or at your request to proceed with your order without the out of stock item. To provide as cost effective delivery service as possible we use national and international registered post (Except for Irish Deliveries over 2Kg weight for which we use FAstway Couriers) but we can provide courier services if you wish to specify that option.
Guarantee
We strive to deliver our chocolates in the best possible condition but cannot be responsible for weather conditions locally, failure of local postal representatives or couriers who do not leave a notice of ' attempt to deliver' or inspections by local customs officers.
Failure to Receive
If you do not receive your order in a timely manner please inform us and if it has been returned to us we will offer to refund the cost of chocolate less any postal charges incurred by us, alternatively we will ship again subject to another postal charge being paid.
